How Order Tracking Works

Once your order is successfully placed on Ekkart.in, it is processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. After dispatch, a unique Tracking / AWB Number is generated and shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp.

You can enter the tracking number above to check the real-time status of your delivery. Tracking updates may take 6–24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather conditions or local restrictions.

Tracking Not Updating?

If your tracking status is not updating or shows limited information, please don’t worry. This usually means:

  • Your order was recently dispatched
  • The courier has not scanned the parcel yet
  • The shipment is in transit between hubs

In most cases, tracking updates automatically appear within a few hours.
